Digital Marketing Executive (SEO)

Our client is a rapidly growing retailer with over 55 stores in the UK and a growing online business. They are massively customer centric and really care about their people, customers and the communities in which they trade in. With a range of bespoke products for the home they are an instantly recognisable brand and one well know for their quality products.

They are now looking for a Digital Marketing Executive (SEO) to be based out of their head office in Slough. As their Digital Marketing Executive you will support with the management of the Affiliate and organic search channels, working with our agency partners to deliver best-in-class performance. The Digital Marketing Executive role will work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Executive and the Digital Marketing Manager as well as other internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities – Digital Marketing Executive

- Build, acquire and managing relationships with new and existing affiliates.

- Create, plan and execute Affiliate Marketing acquisition campaigns

- Daily checks and reporting on affiliate activity

- Researching seasonal sector trends and new geo market insights

- Working with the affiliate networks and with affiliates to create exposure plans for campaigns, supporting promotions and new product launches

- Post-campaign analysis and reporting on ROI & devising strategies to move forward.

- Provide regular, actionable recommendations to ensure maximum affiliate promotion and revenue

- Manage and deliver the Organic Search (SEO) strategy aligned to key objectives

- Develop new ideas and identify trends for creating content based on keyword research and competitor activity

- Support the Content Team in executing a customer first copywriting strategy that maximises market visibility and traffic acquisition.

- Report on all major SEO metrics, including traffic ranking on a weekly and monthly basis

- Analyse and draw actionable insights from search performance data, to include Stat, AHrefs, SEMrush and Google Search Console

Desired Skills – Digital Marketing Executive

- Experience of working in a digital marketing role, a good understanding of search or affiliates.

- Experience with at least one of the following network platforms desired - Partnerize, Impact, Awin, CJ, or Rakuten

- Strong communication, networking and influencing skills. Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.

- Analytical approach with strong experience of Google Analytics or another analytics software.

- Self-motivated, performance focused and able to drive continuous improvement for your channels, delivering against KPI’s

- Demonstrate an understanding of customer journey, ensuring it’s fully integrated, across devices and with a best in class approach.
