E-Commerce Marketing Manager

We have an exciting new 10 month maternity contract with a Harrogate based business that need a strong team player who can demonstrate strong Ecommerce experience along with Amazon Marketing experience.
The main focus of the E-Commerce Marketing Manager is to set strategy and execute Amazon UK marketing programs.
ResponsibilitiesSupport product merchandising, sales & inventory planning, and content/media strategy developmentRecommend and implement strategies and initiatives that will drive traffic, conversion, retention, revenue, and profitabilityTake ownership of Ecommerce sales goals forecasting and reportingCollaborate with Ecommerce & Marketing to elevate visibility and sales effectiveness in the digital channelsImplement channel strategies, plans, budgets, and forecasts set out to increase penetration in e-Commerce channelsManage retail site marketing tools for Amazon UK to maximize sales and awareness for priority productsImplement pre-launch strategy to the highest standards which is set prior to product launch and formalized against a high, medium, low priority plan. This will formalize the strategy in terms of ramp timing, seeding investment, marketing KPI bench marks, and search goalsEngage in a quarterly Amazon EU marketing review with leadership team to summarize previous quarters results and set next-quarter goals and initiatives.Oversea product set up and maintenance of online assets (creative, copy, product imagery, pricing, promotions, etc.)Manage overall channel content health and own e-com dashboard set-up and operationSet strategic bundling recommendations, and institute a regular process to infuseGenerate overall Ecommerce strategies and drive execution including but not limited to distribution, pricing, merchandising, trade promotions, content, SEO/SEM and analytics for key retail customersEnsure alignment between brand/platform/category/product plans and channel plansContinuously measure effectiveness and ROI of initiatives and apply learnings in ongoing strategies and plans
Required Education and ExperienceDegree in Marketing or related fieldExtensive experience including digital marketing or Ecommerce / AmazonAbility to work independently and complete projects within required timeframesExceptional strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to breakdown complex problems and formulate plans
