Our Harrogate based client is currently recruiting for an E Marketing Manager on a full time permanent basis!
As ECRM and Loyalty Manager you will be responsible for managing, developing and rolling out a new loyalty programme aimed at driving acquisition and increasing customer lifetime value. The role will be part of the digital team but will involve cross functional projects with all other teams within the business.
Main duties
Lead the development and future roll out of the customer loyalty programme
Managing the entire email/sms/direct mail program planning, execution and evaluation and driving the creation and implementation of new email and direct marketing programs
Managing our email service provider and any other necessary agencies used for eCRM marketing
Drive growth of the customer database, taking a focus on active customer metrics; cross selling opportunities, lapsed customer reactivation and retention
Responsibility for the most efficient use of data through strategic data segmentation
Working to implement intelligent customer real-time journeys through automated trigger points
Contribute new ideas for marketing campaigns, and ability to run campaigns from initiation to execution
Integrating with other teams across marketing and sales to better use our first party data e.g. advertising, partnerships to help grow the database and introduce to a new audience
Assist and own a robust email testing strategy, to include tests across all aspects of the email channel
Feed in to daily/weekly/monthly lead reports
Analyse and report on customer behaviours from email campaigns

Keep up to date on the current market and competitor activity

Be alert to the threat of cyber-crime and adhere to the Company's cyber security protection guidelines;
Keep ICT skills updated to ensure effective use of technology;
Act as an ambassador for the Company, supporting and promoting the Companys Vision, Mission and Values;
Work as an effective team member to support and achieve departmental goals, promoting the highest standards of behaviour and attitude to the role, working environment and Company; and
Required skills and experience
Strong CRM experience with proven success in researching, developing and delivering programme and implementing effective CRM campaigns
Have direct experience within with consumer data, specifically on a loyalty programme.
Fluent in reporting and digital analytics. Ability to apply logic to data and manipulate and read data to develop strategies.
Excellent time-keeping, time-management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise the workload to ensure all tasks are carried out effectively and deadlines are met
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
IT skills with skilled use of Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel)
