Events Project Manager
We are looking for a talented Project Manager (PM) to oversee the delivery of events.Reporting to the Head of Technical & Operations you will be assigned projects to lead on the delivery whilst also supporting the wider team on larger projects or where an element of a project requires a PM.To be successful in this role, you should exhibit experience in Project Management alongside experience with event production. Outstanding Project Managers are team players who apply their creativity to varied event requirements. We are now looking to expand our team further to take our vision as a company to the next level.
Project Manager ResponsibilitiesConsulting with the account management team in determining design preferences and expectations Attend business meetingsManaging set personal targetsEnter all information on the company CRMWork through projects on the internal operations systemsAttend team meetingsAdvise clients and internal team on what is achievable and the best technology availableClient liaisonPre-production process and ensuring crew and equipment are bookedSupplier selection and management from existing supplier rosterSite visits, on site management, post-production reconciliationHealth and safetyWork within brand guidelines both internally & externally with our clientsCreate and organise production assetsManage multiple projects while effectively managing timelines and expectations
The ideal candidate to join the team would typically be required to havetechnical experience in the delivery of events.
