The Role
Through a strong period of growth and successes, we have found ourselves in a position where we require an ambitious Social Media and Digital Assistant to join our team to help us achieve our future goals of continued growth and to help increase our brand awareness.
We are looking for a Social Media and Digital Assistant who is keen to develop and grow our brand and join us in the next exciting steps for our organisation. You will collaborate across all teams to improve our social media presence, maintain our website, develop compelling campaigns and provide analytical feedback on the success of our campaigns to help build a future marketing strategy. We are keen to speak with creative individuals who have fresh ideas to build on and who would enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Website and social media
Daily website and social media channel management (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook)
Writing content and creating branded posts to distribute across channels and website
Researching articles relevant to current affairs and the industry to share on the website and social media
Reporting on campaigns and producing data to share with the board of Directors (Google Analytics and SEO)
Video and online seminars
Creating video content and editing
Organising and running online webinars/seminars and uploading to YouTube
Events
Planning the full process of client events collaboratively with Recruitment Consultants
oManaging mailing lists
oCreating and sending invitations
oManaging RSVPs
oProducing event collateral
oSourcing and booking venues and catering
Gathering post-event feedback and advising on improvements and best practices for future events
Photography
Taking headshots for all existing staff and new joiners, ensuring a consistent brand image
Creating and editing bespoke images for social media posts
Attending internal and client events to capture images
General tasks
Ensuring all data on the internal CRM system is clean and up to date
Developing a marketing strategy and social media calendar
Being a brand ambassador, ensuring all collateral is within brand guidelines
Updating branded collateral (i.e. timesheets, promotional materials, Annual Salary Survey)
Sending mailouts to clients and candidates
Person Specification
Marketing degree (or similar) is desirable
Proactive with a positive attitude
Strong attention to detail and proof-reading skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Creative with a best practice approach to all tasks
Commercially aware of current affairs and proactively producing content to highlight and encourage conversations
Key Skills
Working knowledge of HubSpot and SurveyMonkey
Excellent working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Illustrator
Experience with using Canva
Photography, video creation and editing skills are extremely desirable
