Brand Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group (Marketing Division) are currently recruiting a permanent Marketing Brand Manager for an organisation in Doncaster (hybrid working)

My client, a leading business within the Service sector is looking to recruit a Brand Manager to join their team to cover a maternity leave. The Brand Manager is a key role for supporting the team in developing and delivering the brand strategy. This is a highly creative role, focused on improving brand experience.

You will be working with the Senior Leaders, the wider marketing team, and external suppliers to create and produce the annual brand plan on time and budget. Your key duties will include:

*Line Management of a graphic designer to assist with the creative requirements for the wider marketing team
*Develop and Deliver an above-the-line brand marketing plan including: delivering on brand advertising, driving and delivering PR strategy, Working with the insight team to measure brand perception
*Be the brand ambassador.
*Support with a range of tactical B2B and B2C marketing campaigns to support business plan targets.
*Effectively work with marketing agencies

To be successful for this position you will have:

*Experience working with and interpreting brand guidelines
*Public relations
*Budget management
*Line management

*£40,000 PA
*hybrid working- 3 days office 2 days wfh
*37.5 hours a week
*25 days holiday+ bank hols
