Art Director with previous experience in an Art Director role, with excellent skills in illustration, animation and design, with excellent artistic judgement, and a positive track record in terms of developing, mentoring, and managing multidisciplinary creative teams (2D artists, animators and designers)is highly sought by an online gaming and entertainment technology solutions provider with over 350+ members worldwide across multiple (8) international office locations.
The Role:
TheArt Directorwill be overseeing a highly skilled team of artists, animators and designers and have remarkable leadership skills with the ability to share his/her knowledge and be a skilled communicator with excellent team management skills, working with people from all over the world. He or She will also have to be able to work independently under pressure to produce results under a tight schedule.
As a key member of the development team, youll take charge of the initial concept and game design and see it through to final delivery.You will define the artistic direction and drive team to deliver excellence in the build.
You will oversee the quality and content of the games graphic design production and must ensure that the visual elements are credible and in line with the games vision.

The team
Highly skilled Art team (comprising of Game Art, Technical Art and Animation) creating art for games, being involved in visual style development for new games, and creating and preparing 2D artwork for characters, environments, UI, loading screens etc.

Were looking for a highly skilled and experienced Art Director who has a real talent for developing, mentoring and managing multi-disciplinary creative teams.
Its super important that the right person is a self-starter, has a strong work ethic and has bags of initiative whilst also remaining very open, collaborative and has a flexible and friendly approach to delivering artwork in a studio and/or production type environment.
Key skills were looking for
Previous experience within the same role, of 2 years+ in the iGaming industry

The process..
First, a short call with me :) my job is to ensure we find the right type of people to collaborate and compliment the current set up. Again, culture fit here is key!
Next, a Teams call with the Head of Art and Innovation where he will give you a run-through of the current teams, projects, roadmap and culture at the studio. He will also talk through your background, experience and current role. This call with be informal and two-way, so you can both get to know each other and ask any questions you want to.
Then a final Teams call where you can meet some of the team, get to know each other and go into a little more depth to ensure both the role, company and yourself have well aligned attributes to ensure a good fit all round.
