Our client based in Tewkesbury are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join their expanding team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a company who service some of the UKs major builders in the Midlands, Southwest, and Wales regions. The successful candidate will be the link between a secured order and the purchasing department.

Full training and support will be given on this role, the candidate however must be highly organised, able to prioritise their workload and be able to work to deadlines.

Responsibilities/Duties of the Project Coordinator ;

-Receipt of secured enquiry from Commercial Manager.

-Deal with any outstanding issues raised at tender stage.

-Ensure that the schedules match the customers drawings and specification prior to handing over to purchasing and in time with the fitting programme, taking into consideration any extended lead times.

-Point of contact between customers and other members of staff with any queries that may arise/repricing/Site Variations/Non-Conformities whilst the site is underway.

-Keeping the site file up-to date with ongoing changes whether via customer or our site supervisors.

-To keep systems up to date with frequent drawing revisions or specification changes and to liaise with our customer with any price changes. On receipt of these drawing revisions to inform Purchasing/Installation Department and put on hold any product if necessary.

-Dealing with day-to day queries from our customers.

-Dealing with day-to-day queries from other departments.

-Generation and issue of any Site Variation orders received direct from customer or in-house.


Key Attributes of the Project Coordinator ;

-Previous administration and coordination experience is desirable-Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

-Excellent attention to detail.

-Ability to prioritise workload and work on own initiative when needed.

-Good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and outlook.

-Experience in the construction industry is an advantage.


Hours - Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Salary - £25,000-£30,000 DOE
