Project Manager
We are looking for Project Managers (Prince2 or APM certified), with previous telecoms sector experience to join our team to work on a variety of interesting and challenging projects. They are a systems integrator, which means working with best in breed of smart building technologies to bring them to market. They have also developed their own data product as a data aggregation/ETL layer allowing asset owners to view multiple silod systems in one bespoke dashboard.

Role description
As a Project Manager, you will be expected to work within a team to successfully manage and deliver complex technology projects in the built environment. This role involves providing client-side project management support during all stages of the project delivery lifecycle from survey, design, development, sales support through to contract delivery.
Development and delivery of business cases
Client-side project management, including stakeholder, schedule, and contract management
Experience integrating technology in to a built environment, whilst interfacing with wider construction activities during a CAT-A or CAT-B refurbishment.
Ownership of and responsibility for the successful delivery of your project
Alongside the delivery team having ownership of and responsibility for scope changes and identifying opportunities to increase our Total Contract Values
Preparing and maintaining schedules, including dependencies and resources
Identifying and monitoring project risks and opportunities
Quality management processes for project activities and outputs
Managing stakeholders, taking account of their levels of influence and particular interests
Establishing and maintaining project governance reviews
Developing and managing teams
Managing suppliers
Ensure sub-contractor commissions are managed to the right quality standards and are completed efficiently and on time
Strong relationships are developed with clients and members of the cross-functional team
Business development opportunities with existing and new clients, including cross- selling opportunities, are identified, and acted upon
Provide leadership within project management business and provide leadership and mentoring to the team
Manage the delivery of project management team outputs, in accordance with agreed timescales and quality standards
Co-ordination and sign off on all management information produced by project management teams prior to issue
To win clients through strong business development skills
Education, Professional Qualifications Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Project management experience.
Project management qualification such as PRINCE2 or APM
SCRUM Master
A member of or working towards a related professional body, preferably chartered
A record of delivering projects successfully
The ability to bring big-picture thinking that improves the methods, behaviours and processes.
A full driving licence, as some travel is involved
Preferred Qualifications
A relevant degree such as in engineering, environmental science, construction, or relevant subject
