Project Coordinator

SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator, this is for an amazing client based in Annesley.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who has been working in sales administration/supply chain/logistics etc, having experience following a product life cycle.

You will need to be very confident speaking to both customers and suppliers, being process driven and organised. If you have a knowledge of SAP or Smartsheet's that would be massively beneficial but not essential.

The role:
- Manage multiple projects from their initiation through to completion
- Develop and maintain project plans and communicate these to the project team and key stakeholders
- Actively manage and update the project timeline, risks and costs
- Escalate key risks/non-conformances and issues to the Project Team Manager
- Coordinate multiple projects, which may be at varying stages of the development process
- Ability to source and negotiate with suppliers and distributors
- Maintain a commercial focus and interest in product markets
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained and accurately kept up to date

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm with a 30 minute lunch, this is a permanent role.
