Conveyancing Secretary

Our client, a respected Hampshire firm, is seeking a talented Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary to work supporting their busy team. The ideal candidate will be passionate and committed to the role, and you will have an unflappable, friendly and positive attitude.

To be considered for this role you must have gained strong experience of working as a Legal Secretary within a busy Conveyancing team and will have knowledge of all matters pertaining to the whole Residential Conveyancing transaction.

You will deal with a variety of tasks including opening and closing of files, dealing with SDLT, applying for searches, dealing with Land Registry and will be able to answer general basic queries when speaking with clients.

A fast, accurate typing speed is essential as is a superb telephone manner. It goes without saying that if you have worked within a Residential Conveyancing team previously, you will be well versed in juggling multiple tasks simultaneously

Knowledge of residential conveyancing is crucial, and our client is particularly interested in candidates with real enthusiasm and passion for the role.
