Legal Secretary Maternity contract

Job Title: Legal Secretary Maternity contract

Salary: £36,000 + Negotiable (pro rata)

Location: London

Our client, a successful medium sized commercial law firm, require a legal secretary for a 9 month maternity contract. They are not overly concerned what area of law you have experience in so long as you have at least 12 months experience as a legal secretary and you are able to commit for the duration of the contract. Expected duties include:

  • Liaising with clients
  • Co-ordinating multiple diaries
  • Preparing monthly bills
  • Creating and editing documents
  • Arranging meetings internal and external
  • Arranging conference calls
  • Travel management and organisation

Training on their systems will provided but it is imperative you have excellent IT skills. This is would be an excellent opportunity for someone with a legal background who is interested in branching out and gaining experience in corporate / commercial work.
