Assistant / Paralegal - Conveyancing Department - Banbury

Incredible opportunity for a Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join a Legal 500 firm that is consistently seen as one of the best firms in the area, and also has a well thought of friendly conveyancing team. The Right person will work closely with the Conveyancing fee earners and provide both clerical and administrative support together with assisting with sales, purchases, re-mortgages etc.

A professional manner is essential as is the ability to provide a courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly service and work on own initiative.

The successful candidate will be expected to manage files to the appropriate standard, manage housekeeping of files and accurately use the case management system in accordance with the firm's procedures.

The right person will have experience of being a conveyancing assistant and able to use a variety of software including Microsoft Word and 365, Outlook and Excel.
