Legal Secretary Responsibilities:
Attending client conferences and taking notes
Communicating with clients and stakeholders within the Criminal Justice System
Diary management
Digital audio transcription
General administrative duties and tasks
Handling enquiries and screening telephone calls
Production, preparation and amendment of legal documents, statements and forms
Take responsibility towards their own self-development
Use initiative to progress files within the limits of their own ability

At least three years legal secretarial experience
Have a typing speed of 90 wpm
