Learning & Development Coordinator

A dynamic, leading UK accountancy firm are looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join their team based in London.

As the Learning & Development Coordinator you will support the development and retention of the early talent and focus on administration of the trainee study paths and in-house training.

As the Learning & Development Coordinator you will:
*Manage trainee attendance on ICAEW and AAT programmes
*Co-ordinate all in-house training for all trainees
*Liaise with regional offices to create a list of localised learning sessions/materials
*Review completion of training files post six-monthly meetings
*Review completion of trainee performance feedback, escalate to L&D Advisor
*Review job plan to ensure a varied experience for trainees
*Liaise with external training provider regarding upcoming intakes
*Draft training contracts as part of the trainee new starter documentation
*Ensure all eligible trainees are confirmed as apprentices before their studies begin
*Add all new trainees onto the job planning system with employment details and study dates
*Co-ordinate the trainee induction, including compliance-based learning
*Process exam pass email for trainees on successful completion of exams and qualifications
*Inform internal payroll of bonus increases and salary increases due to successful exam completion and anniversaries
*Co-ordinate relevant administration for exam fails
*Assist with trainee recruitment including screening applications and helping with assessment centres
*Support any early talent projects or initiatives

Learning & Development Coordinator - Skills required for this role:
*Solid Learning & Development administration experience, within Professional Services
*Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
*Professional and confident with a can-do attitude and the ability to forge professional relationships
*IT literate with a strong working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
*Database administration and reports generation experience
*Strong team-orientated approach
*A confident communicator, able to deal comfortably and credibly with individuals at all levels
