Technical Product Trainer

An exciting opportunity has arisen within this leading, global manufacturer of electro-mechanical machinery into the NHS and Private hospitals across the UK for a field based Product Trainer with full training provided, to cover the Bristol, Bath, Swindon, Cardiff, Yeovil, Taunton and surrounding areas.


Provide product training and customer support to new and existing customers for our clients clinical products in UK healthcare establishments, in accordance with Company procedures and standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform post installation user training to new and existing customers
  • Ensure that customers and end users are proficient in the use of technical products in accordance with procedures and standards as defined by the Instructions For Use and other responsible members of the company as required.
  • Prepare end users with product introduction and work with staff to plan, develop and conduct an effective training and support programme if required.
  • Observe the required technical standards as prescribed
  • Administration and reporting as necessary


In order to succeed in the role of Technical Product Trainer, ideally you will be motivated by a technical challenge as well as working in a customer fronting role. You will ideally have come from either a clinical/nursing background, military technical or clinical medic role orbe a technically minded technician looking for a new role and a new challenge. EX RAF, Royal Navy or REME technicans/engineers would also have strong skills to match this role.
