Learning & Development Administrator / L&D Coordinator with good administration skills, excellent customer service skills and experience of Learning Management Systems administration, including reporting, is required by a well-established Charity.

SALARY: £22,958 - £27,877 pro rata

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Learning & Development Administrator / L&D Coordinator with good administration skills, excellent customer service skills and experience of Learning Management Systems administration.

As the Learning & Development Administrator / L&D Coordinator you will support the delivery of organisational-wide learning and development for volunteers and volunteer managers.

The Learning & Development Administrator / L&D Coordinator is a customer facing role, managing the process of onboarding, engaging and supporting volunteers and volunteer manages with their learning. You will support them with administration tasks, system use and content creation whilst maximising the use of learning technologies and methodologies.

DUTIES

Your duties and responsibilities as the Learning & Development Administrator / L&D Coordinator will include:

  • Deliver volunteer learning within teams by providing administration support and maximising the use of digital technology
  • Set up learning for volunteers using the LMS and other learning systems, providing reports for compliance and development
  • Produce handouts, documentation, guidelines etc to support learning design and delivery
  • Create learning using internally approved programmes and systems e.g. Vyond, Rise in partnership with subject matter experts
  • Maintain and develop the content and evaluation of Welcome Events and the Volunteer Handbook in partnership with subject matter experts
  • Provide advice and support on the use and functionality of the Learning Management Systems
  • Support and provide system training to access and report on learning
  • Support in implementing policies, processes and procedures relating to maintenance, update, upgrade, integration and development of the LMS application and environment
  • Administration support to ensure volunteering services can operate in a smooth, efficient manner
  • Create and deliver communications to staff and volunteers to launch and embed learning using change management skills to maximise engagement
  • Be the first point of contact for all learning system enquiries
  • Support the Volunteering Learning and Organisational Development Manager with strategic priority projects as required

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Education or equivalent work experience to demonstrate the ability to work with people
  • Ability to operate learning systems and solutions using technology
  • Experience of an Administrative role within similar sized organisation and knowledge of event co-ordination
  • Creation of learning materials
  • Experience of using a LMS/LXP and developing solutions for the delivery of learning using technology
  • Demonstrable evidence of dealing with confidential issues sensitively and with total integrity
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a customer service environment
  • Proven experience of supporting projects to successful conclusion
  • Computer literate with advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of supporting the delivery of learning using technology
  • Experience of current/innovative business communication or cloud sharing devices such as: Zoom, SharePoint, Prezi etc.
  • Production of learning materials to meet disability criteria and accessibility
  • Development and creation of learning using e-learning packages i.e., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Video Learning
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
