Learning & Development Administrator / L&D Coordinator with good administration skills, excellent customer service skills and experience of Learning Management Systems administration, including reporting, is required by a well-established Charity.
SALARY: £22,958 - £27,877 pro rata

As the Learning & Development Administrator / L&D Coordinator you will support the delivery of organisational-wide learning and development for volunteers and volunteer managers.
The Learning & Development Administrator / L&D Coordinator is a customer facing role, managing the process of onboarding, engaging and supporting volunteers and volunteer manages with their learning. You will support them with administration tasks, system use and content creation whilst maximising the use of learning technologies and methodologies.
