Hospital Pharmacist

Evolve is working with one of the UKs largest community pharmacy chains, who are seeking several Clinical Outpatient Hospital Pharmacists in the Hull area.
We are in search of a Pharmacist Manager and two Relief Pharmacists to work in Outpatient Dispensary Units in Hull Royal Infirmary and Castle Hill Hospital on a full time or part time basis.
These friendly pharmacies offer a wide range of services and training, making them a great place for newly qualified Pharmacists to start their career or an experienced Pharmacist to make their mark and progress into management.
Essential Requirements for the PharmacistsGPhC registered with an MPharm degree qualification.Experience of providing services to patients including vaccinations.Enthusiasm to provide exceptional patient consultations.Excellent communication skills and exceptional listener.Ability to work with others in a multidisciplinary team wall as lead with others in a team.Eager to share your expertise to inspire teams, drive a learning culture and improve your pharmacy.
Role Responsibilities for the PharmacistsDispensing prescription medicine to the public in accordance with the regulations and contractual obligations.Prepare medications by reviewing and interpreting GPs orders, detecting therapeutic incompatibles and prescribing errors.Dispense medications by compounding, packaging, labelling medicines.Controls medications by monitoring drug therapies, advising interventions.Complies with NHS contractual obligations and GPHC regulations.Checking the dosage and ensuring that medicines are correctly and safely supplied and labelled.Keeping a register of controlled drugs for legal and stock control purposes.
