Digital Growth Manager

Our Client are a leading Search Agency on the South Coast, who Solve have been lucky enough to work with for 10 years! We know their fabulous team well, and would be honoured to tell you all about them, if you think youd like to work there.

Currently we have a new space for a Digital Growth Manager to join their awesome team.

Wellbeing- These guys take your wellbeing seriously. In 2019, they set up a wellbeing initiative to create an environment where their employees felt they could talk openly about their mental health challenges, without the fear of being judged or worrying about whether it would affect their career prospects.

They have two fully qualified Mental Health First Aiders who have been trained by MHFA England. They have a wonderful understanding of mental health and the factors that can affect wellbeing. They have the required practical skills to spot signs of mental health issues in their employees and are able to confidently offer reassurance, guidance and support to anyone suffering.

Lets take a look at the details of this role

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a client growth strategy with the aim of driving revenue growth from existing clients
  • Building successful client relationships, that have been introduced to you via the Company and via your own network
  • Proactively identify client opportunities and work with the business departments to convert those opportunities
  • Work with the marketing department to develop and execute client marketing campaigns
  • Produce compelling, tailored and relevant client outreach programmes to develop relationships and secure meetings and opportunities with target clients.
  • Work with the Client Services Director to improve overall customer experience
  • Support the wider sales and delivery teams in preparing and delivering proposals and pitches to key opportunities
  • Work with the wider sales team to ensure no opportunity gets forgotten, reporting back to the business on the progress of opportunities weekly.
  • Stay ahead of whats happening in the wider market, identifying potential client challenges and opportunities
  • Mitigating difficult client and project situations professionally
  • Maintain well organised, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports inour chosenCRM.

Desired Experience

  • Experience of working in an agency in a Growth / Client Development Capacity
  • Experience of pitching to corporate clients
  • Good understanding of search and digital marketing
