Pensions Administrator

We are searching for aPensions Administratorwith a can-do attitude to support our clients team in the administration of day to day activities to achieve adherence to the FCA's Fair treatment of Customers, consumer outcomes and conduct risk requirements. You will have experience of working with a wealth management or Financial services organisation and as well as a detailed approach to things you will also have great customer service skills to deal with stakeholders and your colleagues.

You will be supporting our SIPP and SSAS team in a fast-paced environment where a keen eye for detail and team-orientated approach to work will be a necessity.

Your day to day activities will include, but are not limited to, the below:

  • completion of SIPP annual review packs
  • database management
  • the running of client data reports
  • the creation of client letters via mail merge
  • liaising with regulatory bodies such as HMRC and The Pensions Regulator
  • This is a hybrid working opportunity
