Revenue Manager

As a result of ongoing growth we need someone to organise , manage and develop marketing plans. You will oversee the strategic development and commercial success of the Sales team and take a holistic view of all operational activities within the team. This role is very focused on managing data and the successful person will be experienced in following up processes, leads and feedback, then looking for viable solutions.

The Revenue Manager will;

Take ownership of the sales process and primarily the customer experience

Provide consistent pricing across the organisation
Implement new pricing strategies to maximise revenue

Manage customer data effectively, analyse product feedback and respond accordingly

Keep commercial team up to date with market price changes and ensure pricing strategy is communicated across the group.

Monitor closely sales and pricing structures

Produce regular and insightful reporting to help analyse performance and forecast.

Predict on-going pipeline opportunities

Develop process and procedures for quick and effective conversion of sales opportunities

Analyse processes to improve sales performance

Use the data to define key growth areasto target and deploying staff accordingly

Research the customer base and establish commerciality and financial viability of the customers

Strategically plan campaigns with regards to customer and geographical demographics

Research and understand market developments and technology trends

The Revenue Manager will need;

Strong understanding of the product and technology we use; ie, Fibre and wireless technology.

The ability to analyse and research competitors pricing strategies, understand them and explain them to stakeholders within the business.

Capability to present information clearly.

Experience of working in a fast-paced, project-based role where you were responsible for a Brand and its management.
