Your new company
You will be working for a manufacturing company based in the Devon port city of Plymouth. This well established organisation has a healthy order book and has come out of a challenging time during the pandemic in a very healthy state.
Your new role
You will be working as an AP Assistant. Under the leadership of the AP Manager, your responsibilities will be centred around the processes involved in a busy AP department. Your tasks will include administration of the invoice capture software, supporting of invoice dispute resolution, reconciliation of supplier accounts and ad hoc support to the AP Manager or Finance Manager when required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience in an AP function within a business, and be confident and competent using various IT programs including MS Office suite. You will be a collaborative team player, able to deliver a strong performance to targets whilst ensuring the team success. You may have finance qualifications, but this is not essential to your success.

You will receive a starting salary in the low to mid £20k's depending on experience within relevant role, and will include a benefits package above average plus hybrid working.
