CREDIT CONROLLER / SHEPTON MALLET PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY
Location: Shepton Mallet, BA4
Assignment: Permanent contract
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00am 17:00pm / 08:00am 16:30pm (can be flexible with hours)
Pay: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum DOE
Part time hours would also be considered for the right candidate.
Duties:
To allocate all payments from customers
Credit control for all customers ensuring customers pay within their agreed payment terms
Chasing for payments when necessary
Production of overdue debt reports and commentary
Dealing effectively with on hold orders for both wholesale and direct customers
Effectively dealing with customer account queries and liaising with other departments
Effective and timely updating and reconciliation of sales ledger accounts
Dealing with new accounts ensuring information is accurate and up to date
Amending account details as required
Ensuring compliance to company policy Health & Safety, BRC, legal and customer requirements are maintained
Raising statements for customers
Processing of invoices and credit notes
Provide cover for Finance / Admin team when required
Processing sales returns
About you:
Experience within a Credit Control role
Excellent communication skills
Good relationship building skills
