Financial Services Administrator



SALARY: UP TO £26,000

NJR Recruitment is currently working with a leading national provider of business advisory services. A strong Administrator is required to join their team of highly qualified and experienced Financial Planning Consultants based in North Manchester.

Working from their offices in central Bury, our client is looking to recruit a good quality and technically minded Administrator with a particular emphasis on Life & Pension products. Supporting a small yet very busy team, daily duties will consist of;

  • Assist IFA's in processing new business from research through to new business completion including Investments, Protection, Pensions (SIPP & DB), Drawdown, Annuities and Mortgages
  • Obtain illustrations (including provider comparisons) and relevant new business documentation
  • Submission of applications (online and postal) following through to completion
  • Entering data onto IRESS (1st software), along with adviser fees and commission
  • Produce suitability reports using three sixty templates
  • Obtain review documentation in preparation for client review meeting
  • Process fund switches/rebalances online and prepare review report
  • Obtain valuations using various resources.
  • You will also support the Administration team as a general point of contact for daily administration queries and source of knowledge for industry knowledge.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of the following: Avelo / 1st Software, O & M Profiler, AEQUOS Defaqto, FE Analytics, ExWeb with some report writing skills and Life & Pensions administration experience.
