Pay & Reward Assistant

My client, a leading provider of healthcare solutions, has a fantastic opportunity for a Pay & Reward Assistant to join their company!

Your new role as a Pay & Reward Assistant

  • Dealing with all aspects of payroll, pensions and benefits administration (including maintenance of platforms and third party portals)
  • Managing and maintaining end to end payroll processing, administration and reconciliation
  • Dealing with and resolving queries
  • Delivering and efficient pension, benefits and payroll service including the correct payment of employees and third parties on time each month
  • Complex calculations including standing and variable pay, SMP, family leave, overtime, shift pay enhancements, annual leave, occupation and statutory sick pay, etc.

About you

  • Highly organised with the ability to effectively multitask
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft apps including Work and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Payroll legislation and payroll tax regulations knowledge

Due to the nature of the role, experience of working with payroll is essential.
