We have a client who are seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst. This is a newly created role in the manufacturing industry for an international business in growth.
The role of Compensation Analyst will provide support in terms of compensation and benefits to the CPO in order to align all parts of the business both nationally and internationally. Reporting into the Chief People Officer, this person will have strong analytical skills and attention to detail and will be able to work in a changing and developing environment.
This role will take responsibility for ensuring HR data integrity, managing compensation and benefits administration, providing data for payroll processing (outsourced) and providing performance dashboards. Reviewing HR processes and improving ways of working utilising technology will also be key.
This role could be based from either the Leeds area, or Gloucestershire or could be remote as long as there is flexibility to travel to these sites on a weekly basis.
