An award winning, social housing provider are looking to recruit an Asset Manager to oversee the in-house Assets Team and support them in regards to Operation, Investment and Sustainability.
The company manages over 20,000 homes in the South Yorkshire region.
Duties and Responsibilities for the Asset Manager:
Manage and support the Assets Operational Team.
Manager and develop short, medium and long-term investment plans.
Offer support on asset sustainability (asset reviews, acquisitional and disposals)
Show a passion for the delivery of environment strategy (NetZero carbon).
I would love to hear from an Asset Manager who is:
Experienced within social housing.
Ability to manage investment programs.
Willing to lead and develop a team.
Demonstrate a willingness towards CPD.
Passionate about environmental strategy and NetZero Carbon.
Own vehicle and UK driving license.
