Accounts Payable Clerk

Here at Every Step Recruitment, Finance & Accountancy, we are excited to be supporting our Client with their requirement for an Accounts Payable Clerk. This is a full-time, permanent, office-based role.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Checking purchase invoices from suppliers in terms of accuracy
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding invoice queries
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Placing orders and organising deliveries
  • Liaising with suppliers to negotiate best terms
  • General administration and office duties

Skills and Attributes Required:
  • Previous Accounts Payable experience, ideally within a high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong MS Office knowledge
