Job Location:Near Wyke Regis, Weymouth, Dorset

Job Type:Permanent

Salary:Excellent starting salary Dependent on experience

Hours:Monday to Friday, 8.00am 5.00pm

A leading engineering company that has a great reputation in the industry for their experience are seeking to add an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant / Administrator to their team.

This is a really nice role where your time will be split undertaking purchase ledger duties and general office administration.

Your duties will include:

Collating staff timesheets and works sheets and then processing them for payroll and allocating their billed hours to invoicing

Inputting daily / monthly invoices

Dealing with any purchase ledger / invoice queries

Helping with any other admin tasks that arise within the department

General administration supporting other departments of the business

Desirable Skills / Experience:

Previous experience of within a similar purchase ledger role

Experience of general administration

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to work to tight deadlines accurately

Able to work within a team environment
