SF Group are currently recruiting for a Payroll Manager on behalf of one of their clients. This is a critical role for the business and you will be responsible for overseeing a small team, managing the payroll and pensions functions for the business. You will deal with queries from employees, helping them understand their pay, using manual calculations when needs be. You will ensure compliance with legislation and oversee any projects relating to pensions and payroll. Duties include producing various reports, managing relationships with external bodies and reconciling the payroll on a month to month basis.
You will be an experienced Payroll Manager who has taken ultimate responsibility for the function, having managed at least one employee. You will enjoy working with other departments across organisational projects and enjoy training and developing your team.
