We are looking for an experienced Billing Administrator join our growing team. We provide contract, interim and permanent recruitment solutions, as well as training and project support within a range of specialist areas, across a number of industries.

Reporting to the Payroll & Billing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for processing and distributing weekly and monthly Invoices. You will work closely with our Payroll Support Assistants and other Payroll Administrators to provide a first-class invoicing service.

Main responsibilities and duties:

Raising and distributing invoices to clients for all contractor payrolls.

Applying invoicing specifications to different clients needs.

Set up of new clients within the payroll software.

Set up of E-Billing.

Management of Purchase Orders.

Deal with any invoice queries with Credit Control or directly with Clients.

Working closely with our sales teams and credit control team to ensure that the whole invoicing process runs smoothly.

Uploading invoices to third party portals where required.

Raising of Permanent placement Invoices

Assist Accounts and Payroll team with any adhoc duties as required.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have experience within an accounts environment and experience in the recruitment industry would be an advantage. They need to be able to meet tight deadlines, have good attention to detail and be well organized. The candidate will need to be able to work well as part of team and on their own initiative with good communication skills. Knowledge of Access/Safe Tempest software is also an advantage.
