Credit Controller

My client, a retailer based in the High Wycombe area are currently looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller to join them on an initial 3-month contract. This is to help support the current team with an influx of work. The client is happy to consider both full and part time candidates.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for portfolio of clients overseeing the sales ledger function for them including:

  • Account reconciliations
  • Payment allocation
  • Debt chasing
  • Daily invoice runs

You will also have a strong focus on aged debt recovery and 7-day letters. You will work closely with other finance team members as well additional departments such as the sales and central operations team.

Strong communication skills both written and verbal are essential for this role and you must have proven credit control experience. The client deals with medium value - high volume invoicing.

My client offers a hybrid working environment - 3 days office / 2 days home. Free parking is also available on site. Hours of work are full time but the client is happy to consider either 9am - 5pm or 8am - 4pm. They will also, as previously mentioned consider part time hours. There may also be opportunities of the contract developing further.
