Personal Assistant to Head of Tax

Our client is a successful and established Accountancy Practice located in Hertfordshire. A vacancy has become available for an experienced Personal Assistant to join their vibrant and busy team and provide PA Support to the Head of their Tax department. Our client is offering an excellent salary package and fabulous benefits. Duties will include:

- Providing PA support to the Head of Tax
- Extensive diary management, arranging travel, booking of tickets and transport
- Organising internal and external meetings and appointments
- Email management, handling correspondence and composing business letters
- Acting as first point of contact for clients, dealing with client correspondence and chasing information from clients when needed.
- Opening up new client files and updating client information on CCH
- Attending meetings and taking minutes, copy & audio typing
- Processing expenses and raising invoices for clients

Skills and attributes:
-Previous PA / Secretarial experience at Director level
-Strong knowledge of MS Packages
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
