Payroll Officer

CV Screen is recruiting for a Payroll Officer will join a fantastic Retail organisation based in Coventry. A salary of up to £28,000 is offered.

YOUR DUTIES

  • Responsible for the end-to-end timely payroll process
  • Managing weekly timesheets via excel spreadsheets and ensuring all are received on time.
  • Working out pension contributions as well as sick pay, holiday pay and NI contributions.
  • Processing Starters and leavers
  • Administration of holiday allowances, password resets on the holiday booking and payroll systems.
  • Liaising with our outsourced payroll provider
  • Looking into payroll queries and responding/ resolving in a timely manner

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience working as a Payroll Administrator or Payroll Officer
  • Strong knowledge of Excel


SALARY:
Circa £28,000
28 days holiday
Performance related bonus scheme

Coventry / West Midlands (parking available on site).

Commute from Birmingham / Leamington Spa / Warwick
