Corporate (Pensions) Administrator

We have an exciting opportunityto join our existing Technical Research team. Whilst experience can be a bonus, we are also looking for those of you who have a hunger for learning and wish to grow with us as a business with remote working opportunities. As a Corporate (Pensions) Administrator you will primarily assist the Corporate Team in providing first class administration support to the IFA’s and their clients.

Key Responsibilities as our Corporate (Pensions) Administrator will include:

  • Manage and coordinate client appointments, preparing client files and joiner packs for meetings
  • Administering, servicing and monitoring schemes and individual members, rebroking existing schemes including reviews, renewals, new joiners and leavers
  • Processing all new business and providing regular updates on progress to clients and IFA
  • Manage annual reviews
  • Assist with marketing initiatives
  • Routinely and consistently follow company procedures and compliance requirements

What we are looking for in our ideal Corporate (Pensions) Administrator:

  • Good working knowledge of Excel, Pensions, Transfer Process and product and advice areas in the Financial Services sector
  • Knowledge of Auto-enrolment legislation
  • A proactive problem solver, with excellent attention to detail, communication and organisational skills.
