Payroll Associate

Our client is a large and hugely successful Facilities Management organisation who are rapidly growing and as such are seeking an experienced Payroll Associate to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Working within a large team and reporting into a Payroll Team Leader, ensuring the 4-weekly payroll is processed accurately and on time
  • Process starters and leavers
  • Calculate holiday pay and company sick pay
  • Deal with queries
  • Co-ordinate out of cycle payments

Experienced required:

  • Experienced in a fast paced payroll environment
  • Comfortable with high volume payroll
  • Confident with Excel including V-Lookups & Pivot Tables
