A growing organisation based in Woodstock, Oxfordshire is looking for a Payroll/Finance Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. Both full-time and part-time candidates will be considered for this role. The role will be mainly Payroll focused with finance support duties within, and will report into the Head of Human Resources, working closely alongside the Finance team. This role will be hybrid based, so it is essential that you live within a commutable distance to Woodstock, Oxfordshire.

Your new role
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the following duties;

  • Ensure all payroll operations are processed timely and accurately, including pension auto-enrolment.
  • Monthly submission of pension benefits to Aegon
  • Monthly benefit reporting
  • Respond to pay and benefit queries
  • Run IR35 CEST Tests
  • Administer annual benefit data (PMI, PHI, DIS)
  • Manage P11D, P60 reporting
  • Company Car scheme
  • Assist with annual compliance reporting: gender pay report, pay scale,
  • Lead on internal audit categories to ensure compliance
  • Assist in accounts payable invoice inputting
  • Assist in processing data changes
  • Assist in other ad hoc finance duties from time to time

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have some previous Payroll experience, as well as a willingness to learn and get stuck into a varied busy role, developing your skills along the way. This role sits within a growing team, but will be the sole individual responsible for payroll duties so it is essential that you have great communication and team work skills, ensuring the duties are carried out efficiently and accurately.

What you'll get in return
This role offers a salary of £28,000-£30,000 , 25 days holiday + bank holiday and a competitive benefits package including optional buy/sell holiday benefit.
