I'm delighted to say that I'm representing an FMCG brand whose proposition has been going from strength to strength! The owner has made an amazing name for themselves within the industry and is constantly considering new propositions to grow the brand.

With some exciting partnerships and retail channels already well established, the next line of acquisition is via direct digital channels to their customer base. What and how to do it, will be led by you!

This is a KEY HIRE for the business; with not only heavy input into strategic planning, proposition development and growth of the brand through digital; but you'll be incredibly hands-on around consumer acquisition, where the ability to get involved in the day to day nitty gritty is a given.

Reporting to the owner the right candidate must be highly driven by data, gain and share insights, whilst segmenting their audience... not to mention - results focused too.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Implement an engagement and acquisition strategy for digital to drive sales growth for the business.

Lead the paid digital direct response acquisition activity for the business's Digital Products and drive new sign-ups and conversion via paid social, search, email, web, PPC, app and digital content.

You will lead on setting digital measurement targets on volumes, CPA, ROI targets and OKRs.

Develop and implement digital media plans that help us hit our awareness and consideration targets, based on audience insights and brand growth strategy

Manage budget and bidding strategies to maximise efficiency of digital channel

Define best practices for tracking, reporting, automation, attribution

Implement AB testing to ensure ongoing efficiently and results.

Responsible for ensuring the right infrastructure and digital resource is in place to deliver against growth plans.

Whilst leading, inspiring and growing a small digital team to support in the execution of tactics and campaigns, you will be responsible for their full delivery.

  • You're a problem-solver with an eagle eye for detail. You'll consistently go the extra mile to apply and achieve a high standard across everything you do.
  • At least 5+ years of relevant work experience in a mid-senior level digital position, working with consumer brands (food, health nutrition and/or beverages highly desirable).
  • Proven results in growth and/or brand marketing across social, content, digital and programmatic.
  • You'll be a strong leader, with experience in managing in-house digital teams and external agencies.
  • Analytical and data savvy, you'll have strong knowledge and hands on experience of Paid social and PPC advertising tools (Google Data Studio, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads etc) and SEO / SEM best-practices.
  • Technical knowledge of tracking and proven experience working with CMS platforms.
  • Subscription experience would be a plus!
