Our client is seeking a highly motivated and easy-going person to join them as a Financial Manager. You will be working on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 DOE along with great company benefits such as:

The Financial Manager role:
As our client’s Financial Manager, your purpose is to manage reposting and forecasting. You will ensure that monthly standards reports and forecasts are produced that provide all stakeholders with a clear and informed analysis of the organisations financial position and the key drivers behind current and future the results. You will assist in the budgeting and reforecasting processes.
Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required, ensure systems, processes and management information are developed and maintained that help ensure staff utilisation is well managed.
Working in conjunction with all budget holders to ensure they receive the financial information, analysis and advice they need to manage their budgets, you will be undertaking the role of Project Manager for specific developments. A vital part of your role is to drive and develop a culture of continual improvement both within the team and wider organization.
