Working as part of a small team providing all round administrative support to all areas of the accounts function including banking, purchase ledger and credit control.
You will be opening new accounts for clients, checking that they have completed this correctly, contacting customers to request any details and ensuring all the details are up to date.As well as agreeing credit limits and checking references.
Thats why we are looking for someone who has worked in a busy administrative position previously, as well as being an excellent communicator as you will look to build relationships with customers and branches both by email and telephone.
You will need to be self-managed and able to work on your own initiative, someone who has an eye for detail, but someone who can juggle a number of tasks at anyone time, experience of working on excel or Sage would be an advantage.
This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, working from the office there is free car parking available. With 23 days holiday per year, plus the opportunity for a bonus based on company performance against target.
