Robert Half Talent Solutions are proud to be partnering exclusively with a Care Provider on their search to appoint a Finance Payroll Administrator to join the business on a permanent basis. The role has come about due to a recent restructure, and they are looking to appoint a candidate who has experience with payroll. This role is based close to Nuneaton and is commutable from all areas of Nuneaton / Hinckley / Tamworth / Coventry / Leicester and Rugby.
The business are specialists in providing care services to a vast array of clients and have been trading successfully over the pandemic period and have a strong set of accounts. They offer a wide range of care services and have become a go-to service provider who offer compassionate care.
The successful Finance Payroll Administrator will be responsible for an array of duties such as ensuring accuracy with all invoices, reconciling remittances for key clients and manage the framework contracts that they deal with. The role also has another key element and would require experience in Payroll. The role will need to successfully manage 4 payrolls on a monthly basis, working with Sage Payroll. The number of staff on their payroll exceeds 150 and is highly likely to continuously grow. You will need to be able to manage the variety of pay rates, hours and other pay relating factors and also actively look for way to reduce errors.
The successful Finance Payroll Administrator will be able to hit the ground running with all thing Payroll. You will have experience in dealing with a similar volume of payroll. You will be able to understand relevant legislation regarding pay and be able to hit the ground running with the transactional side of finance. Due to the nature of the business, having a calm and well-mannered approach to work will be most desirable as difficult conversations with customers/consumers are often taken. You will ideally be on track to become AAT Qualified.
The package on offer for the Finance Payroll Administrator is £22,000 to £30,000, plus company benefits.
