With their head office based in Barnsley they design and manufacture structural steel solutions for installation throughout the UK, principally for the warehouse, distribution and industrial sectors.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Health And Safety Compliance Manager to join their team. With responsibility for the management and implementation of systems and procedures to lead the business on H & S and Compliance whilst driving forward best practice across the factory and construction site functions.

Applicants need to be able demonstrate success in a similar role, ideally gained in a fabrication/heavy engineering environment. A NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent is highly desirable along with practical and proactive skills. An ability to drive compliance and improvements to our established systems and introduce new ideas through employee engagement and continuous improvement. Team working skills are essential to ensure everyone within the business is on board.
