SHEQ Coordinator

SHEQ Coordinator

Health & Safety, Quality & Environmental Coordinator required.

Due to maternity, our client is looking to appoint a SHEQ Systems Coordinator to join their team for a period of around 9-12 months.

Reporting into the Factory Manager, you'll work closely with the HSE and Quality Leads on a number of SHEQ Projects.

Tasks will include:-

  • Updating of spreadsheets and reports on a daily/weekly basis
  • Carrying out induction training with new employees
  • Maintaining training matrix/electronic files/ physical files
  • Assisting with on-site risk assessments
  • Management of P.P.E
  • Scheduling audits
  • Raising CAPAs
  • Assisting in the preparation of the monthly Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental management reports

To be considered for this role, you willideally have experience within a health and safety, quality or compliance role.. AnIOSHorNEBOSHqualification would be an advantage but not essential.

The core hours are 8.30-5, however there is flexibility with this. Other benefits include 5% pension, negotiable pay and optional staff benefits scheme.

This role is initially a maternity cover but long term prospects may be available for the right person.
