This is an opportunity to join a multi-award winning, AJ100 Architectural practice, as a Part II Architectural Assistant. Within this role, you will see huge scope for progression, working alongside likeminded, driven professionals.

The Role of Part II Architectural Assistant:

In your new role, you will join a design focused team, assisting with the delivering projects for the Birmingham Studio. Supporting the working relationships with colleagues, clients, consultants, contractors, third parties and suppliers, you should be able to demonstrate good design and communication skills. You will have gained some experience within an architectural practice, preferably in the UK.

To be successful in the role of Part II Architectural Assistant:

Be proficient in the use of Revit in practice (preferred, not essential)
Have experience in the use of 2D, 3D Autodesk and 3D rendering packages along with MS Office
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team
Experience working on the preparation of detailed design drawings, working drawings and schedules and specifications
Self- motivated and able to plan and manage your own time
