Fire Safety Manager

This is a permanent role with agile home-based working, 35 flexible hours. Other benefits include 45p per mile business mileage and an enhance pension scheme (matched up to 8%).

An award-winning housing association are looking to recruit a Fire Safety Manager to be the technical lead for the Building safety team.

This is a home-based role with site visits across the North West (including Cheshire, Liverpool & Manchester).

Duties and Responsibilities:

As Fire Safety Manager, you will have operational responsibility for the management of the Group's programme of Fire Risk Assessments and Fire Precaution Works, ensuring works are delivered on time, to budget and in line with our statutory obligations.

Managing subcontractors.
Site surveys, inspections and meetings.
Ensuring the projects are completed on time and to budget.

Requirements:

Previously worked as a Fire Safety Supervisor, Fire Safety Manager or Fire Project Manager.
Previous experience within social housing is required.

£50-000 - 55,000.
