This superb regional housebuilder is very much on the up and as part of their growth they are in need of some top-drawer house building professionals to take them to the next level.

The Senior Site Manager will act as a representative on site to ensure the safe delivery of all aspects of development in line with specified financial, quality, construction, safety and standards targets and regulations.

Project consistency is of high importance to this developer in fact their reputation has been built upon this and they are well renowned for developing high spec, sustainable and innovative homes which both complement the environment and enhance the lives of those lucky enough to live there.

Senior Site Manager some of your responsibilities:

  • Monitor all works and labour on site including direct and sub-contract
  • Ensure the overall quality and presentation of the site is maintained
  • Ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance with Health and Safety in mind
  • Coordinate all off-site and on-site activities in line with the build programme
  • Liaise with the commercial department to ensure all orders for materials, services and sub-contractors are in place
  • Ensure schemes are delivered to the requisite quality standards
  • Regularly liaise with the sales department to ensure weekly meetings are adhered to and customer choices/extras are provided

Senior Site Manager qualifications, skills and expertise:

  • Comprehensive working knowledge of housebuilding in a Site Management capacity with a regional or national housebuilder
  • Proven background of managing developments of 1-150 units from conception to completion
  • Construction qualification (degree of relevant NVQ)
  • CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
  • Positive and professional manager
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
