Building Safety Manager

Are you a Building Safety Manager looking to support a housing association in the West Midlands?
We are actively looking for an Interim Building Safety Manager to provide support to a housing association in Birmingham in the implementation of the building safety plan for an initial 6 months. The role is offering flexible working and the potential for the role to become a permanent role.

As the Building Safety Manager, you will be:
Supporting the Building Safety and Compliance team in implementing the new building safety strategy plan.
Managing and supporting the team covering the big 6 of compliance and building safety for the high rise and domestic properties.
Ensuring all the policies, procedures and systems are all in place and up to date in regards to Compliance particularly fire safety and building safety.

Experience and Qualifications:
Working in a compliance or building safety team for a public sector company.
Worked at management or supervisory level.
Knowledge and experience of Compliance- Fire Safety, Gas, H&S, Electrical, M&E, Asbestos, Building Safety.
