Fire Risk Assessor
Are you looking for a Fire Risk Assessor position?
We are actively looking for a Fire Risk Assessor for a national housing association on a permanent basis. The role is home based and travelling out to the sites in the South East region. In return you will receive, flexible working, car and fuel allowance.
As the Fire Risk Assessor, you will be:
Undertaking on site Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) and General Risk Assessments (GRAs); on the domestic properties.
Assist in the compilation of annual risk assessment, servicing and testing programmes.
Ensuring that servicing and testing of fire equipment is undertaken.
Provide technical support to Administration Officer and Administration Assistants
Experience and qualifications:
Experience undertaking fire risk assessments previously.
NEBOSH certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management.
HND in Building Services or equivalent.
Strong understanding of Fire Safety legislations.
We are keen to see CVs from Fire Risk Assessor and Fire Safety Officer who have completed FRAs previously.

£45,000 + £3,360 car allowance
