We continue to make the Brompton in West London, where we started in 1975, but our product has travelled far - we now export 80% of our bicycles to 47 countries. Reporting directly to the Customer Relationship & Loyalty Manager, this is a new role within an expanding team, signifying the growing importance of providing an exceptional customer experience in line with our premium brand, while also enabling participation in an accredited Apprenticeship program. This role requires someone with the creativity to deliver engaging email marketing to Brompton subscribers, a keen eye for detail to analyse email campaigns and spot improvement opportunities, and strong organisational skills to balance not only the requirements of different stakeholders, but also both their role at Brompton and their college work.
This is an exciting time to join the Marketing team as we continue to drive global demand with brand development and customer experience at the forefront of our plans. We are placing strategic focus on how consumers interact with the Brompton brand through the subscribing, buying and ownership journey, with the aim of providing a seamless experience, regardless of touchpoint or retail channel. The CRM & Email Marketing Apprentice will help deliver this customer engagement strategy via email marketing, learning about and leveraging customer insights, marketing technologies and best practice expertise, while being supported in their learning journey in conjunction with Cambridge Marketing College.
