Secure English Language Tests (SELTs) are provided at several Trinity test centres in the UK only. The tests are approved for applications toUK Visas and Immigration (UKVI)for visas,British CitizenshipandLeave to Remain(LTR).
About the role
The role of the Marketing Manager is to plan and deliver the marketing strategy to support Trinity SELTs target sales revenue. The Marketing Manager will manage a team to plan and implement multi-channel B2C marketing campaigns that help maintain and grow Trinity SELTs strong market position and continue to raise the profile of Trinity SELT within defined markets and convert users into customers.
The role is responsible for the careful monitoring and analysis of strategy and campaigns to maximise ROI and the post holder must work agilely to respond to changing market trends, needs or policy as they develop.
The Marketing Manager will constantly search for and identify opportunities to extend the reach of Trinity SELT into new and emerging markets, using traditional and new media, and build positive relationships with all key stakeholders.
We are looking for an experience marketing specialist with a minimum of 5 years experience working in a managerial role and you should be confident in developing marketing strategies and multichannel campaigns to reach organisational targets. Strong proven SEO experience of researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success will be part of your skillset and we will value your in-depth knowledge of standard and current SEO practices. You will be successful in the role as a strategic thinker with demonstrable marketing experience and a creative edge.
Experience of undertaking market research to support marketing strategy and growth.
Ability to write copy for communication purposes in Plain English, with a good eye for detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication, organisational and people skills.
Demonstratable ability of multi-tasking and managing workload in a very busy work environment, whilst adhering to deadlines.
Experience of leading and managing teams and supporting their continued professional development.
Educated to degree level or equivalent. A professional marketing qualification would be desirable.
